| Terms and Conditions for Warranty |
| 1. |
The Warranty Registration Card
must be duly completed and returned to YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD within 14
days from the date of purchase. |
| 2. |
The Warranty is void if in the sole opinion of YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD. |

a) |
the product is damaged due to abnormal handling,
misuse, alteration, negligence, unauthorized repair or modification. |
| |
b) |
the warranty seal or seals is/are term, removed, altered or defaced. |
| |
c) |
the product is subject to operations not within manufacturer's specification including purchaser's system interface. |
| |
d) |
Act of God, lightning and civil unrest. |
| |
e) |
the product has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with the instructions given by YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD. |
| 3. |
The customer must present this warranty card and purchase receipt at the time of repair, failing which this Warranty will be avoided by YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD. |
| 4. |
YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD will
provide warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal
usage of Gas Detector - 3 years, Smoke Alarm - 5 years and Fire Extinguisher - 4 years
(proof of purchase required upon warranty claim) from the date of purchase (the "Period of
Warranty"), whereupon YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD, may at its sole discretion
repair or replace the product. |
| 5. |
Within the warranty period, if
the product fails because of defects in material and workmanship, YEO ENG
KOON (S) PTE LTD, will at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. |
| IMPORTANT : A flat of S$40 will be charged for transportation if the problem, as monitored by our technician, does not come under the responsibility of YEO ENG KOON (S) PTE LTD. |
